Shipping and Handling

Shipping services used by TheFakeStore.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.

Canada:

-Quebec and Ontario:

Purchase under $41 will cost $6 to ship

Purchase of $41 to $60 will cost $10 to ship

Purchase of $61 to $99 will cost $14 to ship

Purchase of $100 or more will be FREE of shipping charges

-Rest of Canada:

Purchase under $41 will cost $10 to ship

Purchase of $41 to $60 will cost $16 to ship

Purchase of $61 to $99 will cost $22 to ship

Purchase of $100 or more will be FREE of shipping charges

USA:

Purchase under $41 will cost $12 to ship

Purchase of $41 to $60 will cost $17 to ship

Purchase of $61 to $99 will cost $25 to ship

Purchase of $100 or more will be FREE of shipping charges

International:

Purchase under $41 will cost $12 to ship

Purchase of $41 to $60 will cost $17 to ship

Purchase of $61 to $99 will cost $25 to ship

Purchase of $100 or more will cost $30 to ship

Returns:

We accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Items sold for a discount are not eligible for return.

Prior to a return, please email info@thefakestore.com for a return authorization number.

Customer will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Thefakestore.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the TheFakeStore.com.

Canada:

Full returns from Canada will be subject to a 10$ restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

USA:

Returns from the U.S. must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Returns from the U.S. shipped through other companies than USPS will be refused.

Returns from the U.S. which qualified for free shipping will be subject to a 10$ restocking fee.

All the returned items should be declared as a “return of Canadian merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned items that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.

International:

TheFakeStore.com does not accept returns from outside the U.S. and Canada.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.

Duty and custom charges are not covered by TheFakeStore.com for orders made outside of Canada.

Privacy Policy:

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
